NOTIFICATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

DP Legal takes great care and highest regard for third parties’ personal data. DP Legal, Professional Association as Data Controller of Your personal data, pursuant and for the effects of EU Reg.to 2016/679 in a row “GDPR”, hereby informs you that the abovementioned legislation provides the protection of stakeholders towards the treatment of personal data and that treatment will be conducted in full respect of the ethical, legal and transparency principles safeguarding your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be treated in compliance with the regulations of the aforementioned law and the obligations of confidentiality therein.

No communication or distribution of such data to third parties is in any case carried out for any purpose. The data collected may be rectified or cancelled at any time, upon request made to that effect by interested parties, also through mail to be sent to the E-mail address dplegal@dplegal.it.



PROCESSING PURPOSES

Your data will be used for the following purposes related to the implementation of obligations related to legislative or contractual obligations:
- Technical and Functional Access to the Site (no data is held after closing the Browser)
The handling of functional data for the performance of such obligations is necessary for the correct management of the relationship and their transmission is required to implement the above-mentioned purposes. The Data Controller also informs that, in the case of a missing or defective notice of the required data, may make it impossible for the Controller to ensure the adequacy of the processing.
Your personal data will not be used in any way for marketing and advertising purposes. Upon your consent, they may be used for the selection of study employees if you submit your application to the E-mail address: careers@dplegal.it and for the sole purpose of evaluation of the application.



METHODS OF PROCESSING

Your personal data may be treated through electronic calculators using software systems managed by Third Parties.
Each processing method takes place in the manner provided for in Art. 6, 32 of GDPR and by adopting the adequate safety measures.



COMMUNICATION

Your data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed entities for the performance of the necessary services for a correct management of the relationship, fully protecting the rights of the person concerned.



DISSEMINATION

Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.
Your personal data may also be moved, only for the abovementioned purposes, just in EU countries.



RETENTION PERIOD

Please note that, in accordance with the principle of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, referred to in Art. 5 of GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period not exceeding the performance of services provided.



COOKIES MANAGEMENT

If you have any doubts or concerns regarding the use of cookies, You can always take action to prevent their setting and reading , for example, by changing the privacy settings inside the browser in order to block certain types.

You have the right to obtain from the Holder the cancellation (right to be forgotten), the limitation, the update, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the processing of yours personal data, and in general You can exercise all the rights provided in Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of GDPR.
